1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Gamerlog (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use Gamerlog
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use Gamerlog. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity that happens under it. Keep your password secure and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Gamerlog to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the Service, harass other users, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add — your library, collections, avatars, banners, bios and links. By posting it to a public profile, you grant Gamerlog a limited license to host and display that content so the Service can function. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it.
6. Third-party platforms
Gamerlog can connect to third-party services such as Steam and Twitch to import or display data. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Gamerlog is not responsible for them. We only access what you authorize.
7. Privacy
We store the data needed to run your account and profile. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t run ads. You can make your profile private or delete your account at any time. A full privacy policy will be published here as the Service grows.
8. Service provided “as is”
Gamerlog is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamerlog and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You can stop using Gamerlog and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or its users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Gamerlog after changes means you accept the updated terms.
